My Story

I became a certified Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN) health coach in 2020.  Health, nutrition and physical activity have always been a passion of mine and now I get to help others each day make small changes to become long-term habits.

BTW - I also really love healthy smoothies for breakfast.  It's a great way to get some fruits and veggies in to start your day.  See my recipe under the 'Blog' tab.

The Process

After our initial meeting, we will work together using the Circle of Life tool to set customized goals to prepare you for long-term success.  

My hope is to help you with any of the following;

  • Losing weight

  • Creating more balance

  • Boosting energy

  • Improving mood

  • Increasing motivation

  • Sticking to an exercise routine

  • Improving relationships (with yourself and others)

  • Making more time for self-care
