My Story
I became a certified Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN) health coach in 2020. Health, nutrition and physical activity have always been a passion of mine and now I get to help others each day make small changes to become long-term habits.​
BTW - I also really love healthy smoothies for breakfast. It's a great way to get some fruits and veggies in to start your day. See my recipe under the 'Blog' tab.

After our initial meeting, we will work together using the Circle of Life tool to set customized goals to prepare you for long-term success.
