Basic Green Smoothie

  • 3 cups water and ice mixture

  • 3 large handfuls of spinach

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries (or other berry of choice)

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen (or 1 T honey or pure maple syrup)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (or you could use nut butter)

  • 2 T ground flaxseed

IN HIGH-SPEED BLENDER MIX ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY AND ENJOY!
