Health Coaches take a holistic approach to health and well-being, meaning they’ll not only help clients determine what foods work for them but also what other areas of their life could use more attention and nourishment. I use the Circle of Life as a key tool in helping people figure out which areas of their life – or “primary food,” the things found off your plate that fulfill you – are out of alignment.
It was a pleasure working with Lara at Habits for Health Coaching! She guided me through a health history coaching session that really focused me on my health goals and priorities -- without judgment. She is so knowledgeable, caring and professional; it's clear that she's passionate about helping people set and achieve their health goals.
